1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 288pkr platform — including the website, any mobile interface, and all related services — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the 288pkr platform, whether registered account holders or visitors.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the 288pkr Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 288pkr. Where these documents conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. 288pkr does not accept registrations from persons acting as agents or proxies for undisclosed third parties.

2Eligibility

To create an account and use the 288pkr platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be aged 18 or above. 288pkr does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be the person whose details are provided during registration. Registering under a false name or with another person's identity documents is strictly prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded from 288pkr or have a currently active self-exclusion in place.
• You must not have any existing account on the 288pkr platform. Only one account per person, per device, and per household is permitted.
• You must not currently be a director, employee, consultant or agent of 288pkr or any of its affiliated companies.

288pkr reserves the right to request age and identity verification from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

3Account Registration

When registering an account at 288pkr, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any information you provide during or after registration changes, you must update your account details accordingly.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 288pkr username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 288pkr staff will never ask you for your password. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 288pkr of a security breach.

If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact 288pkr immediately at [email protected] and change your password. 288pkr will assist with account security investigations but is not liable for losses incurred through unauthorised access that occurs before such notification is received.

Account Verification

288pkr may request identity verification at any point. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending verification. Providing false, altered or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4Deposits

288pkr accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposit methods available to your account are displayed within the cashier section once you are logged in.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 288pkr does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits credited to your 288pkr balance are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. Processing times vary by payment method.
• In the event of a failed or pending deposit, do not attempt to deposit again until you have confirmed with 288pkr support that the original transaction was not processed.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 288pkr are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Where this is not technically possible, 288pkr will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

Withdrawal Processing

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within the cashier section.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed faster than bank transfers, which follow standard banking timelines.
• VIP account holders benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing at eligible tier levels.
• 288pkr reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include identity verification, source of funds confirmation, or review of recent account activity.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player and returned to the account balance before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation is not possible.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made after any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw a balance that includes uncleared bonus funds before wagering requirements are complete will result in the bonus portion being forfeited. The deposit portion of your balance remains withdrawable at any time subject to standard verification requirements.

288pkr reserves the right to limit, delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse of bonus terms, multi-accounting, or any other violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6Bonuses & Promotions

288pkr offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The following general bonus rules apply across all 288pkr promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified account holders only. One bonus claim per player, per household, per device applies unless stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are specified in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
• 288pkr reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, change its terms, or require additional verification before a bonus is credited.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• Misuse of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or abuse of multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

VIP Programme

The 288pkr VIP programme provides automatic cashback, enhanced bonus rates and priority withdrawals to qualifying players based on activity level. VIP tier thresholds, cashback percentages and specific VIP benefits are detailed on the VIP page. 288pkr reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds and benefits with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

7Games & Sports Betting

288pkr offers casino games, live casino, fish games and sports betting. All games offered on the platform are provided by third-party game suppliers and are subject to those suppliers' own technical standards and return-to-player configurations. 288pkr does not modify game outcomes.

Sports Betting

• Sports betting markets at 288pkr include cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, Test series, ICC events), football and esports. Market availability may vary.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play bets are subject to additional latency and 288pkr reserves the right to void in-play bets where there is evidence of information asymmetry or system delay at the time of placement.
• 288pkr reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets, events or for individual accounts at its discretion.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be voided and stakes returned unless the bet has already been settled under clearly defined rules for the market in question.

Casino & Game Rules

Casino games, live casino tables and fish games are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and stakes returned. 288pkr is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 288pkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in evading a prior account restriction or ban.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification or any subsequent communication with 288pkr.
• Using software, scripts, bots or automated tools to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or misconfigured odds in games or betting markets. Any winnings generated from known errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through 288pkr support.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your 288pkr account to another person.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 288pkr staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino, or any competitive format offered on the platform.

9Account Suspension & Closure

288pkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in conduct that poses a risk to the platform, other players, or 288pkr's operational integrity.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your 288pkr account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Processing of final withdrawal balances following account closure may take additional time.

Platform-Initiated Suspension

Where 288pkr suspends an account under investigation for policy violations, any balance held within the account will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that a violation occurred, 288pkr may forfeit part or all of the balance. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored.

10Responsible Gaming

288pkr treats responsible gaming as a core obligation, not a footnote. The platform provides tools that give players genuine control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players from within account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum PKR amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will receive an alert.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a set number of days or weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed without unnecessary delay.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288pkr's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the net real-money deposits you have made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

288pkr is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain appropriate credential security.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside 288pkr's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, power outages or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the 288pkr platform.
• Decisions made by game providers regarding technical faults, disconnections or game round outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13Amendments to These Terms

288pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 288pkr will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders — typically via a notification within the platform interface or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the 288pkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these terms.
